  • Eat Breakfast everyday.

  • Eat high fiber food.

  • Eat Raw, Leafy Green Vegetables.

  • Turn to Fish, Chicken and Beans for Protein.

  • Eat Healthy Nuts.

  • Get Plenty of Calcium. "
